        Typo "Sun''s licensees..." instead of "Sun's licensees..."in Help/About Java Web Start (Application Manager)

        Steps:
        - install Java Web Start Version1.2[EA] (build ea-b03)
        - in Application Manager go to Help/About Java Web Start
        - read text, at the end of English version, you will find typo
