Log files which include French characters are not displayed correctly during
Webstart installtion in zh_TW locale.
The original report 4635578 says it's already integrated, but still happens
on Solaris 9 build_58shwpl1.
Originally this filed the problem after Solaris 9 2of2 CD installation.
But now we have found the same problem happens for the showing log file
of SunScreen 3.2 , Netra ct and Netra txx products.
Copyright file of SUNW2jdrt pkg in Netra ct product and SUNWtsalm SUNWtsalr and
SUNWtsalu pkgs in Netra txx include copyright description in French.
Since this problem doesn't happen in the other locales, java convert function
should perform similarly.
