Steps to Reproduce

 1.) On the target Machine, Install the plugin for hopper from
        /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/JPI-PIT-05/win32-2002-03-25

2.) rm .java.policy file

3.) Invoke the IE browser and run the following test case
http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment1/ws/tests/func/RSA/Verisign.html

4.) When it pops up the Secuirty dialog box click on "More Details "
5.) Look for the Certificate dialog box -> Click on "CLOSE" button
6.) Now you would be back on to Secuirty dialog box
7.) Once again click on "More Details " button
8.) Now when it pops the Certificate dialog box -> Click on "CLOSE" button
This time "CLOSE" button would not work and you need to use "X" icon on the upper right hand side of the window to close the Certificate dialog box

Basically the "CLOSE" button on the Certificate dialog box would work fine on the first event and when tried using it for the second time it would fail
