reproduce:
1) Installing j2sdk1.4.0_01
2) In "Control Panel", double click on "Java Plug-in 1.4.0_01" icon to get "Java(TM) Plug-in Control Panel".
3) From "Java Runtime Environment" pull-down menu, select "Other..." and pop up a warning.
4) The warning message is not translation ccorrectly.
