I think .properties files under
  src/share/classes/com/sun/swing/internal/plaf/metal/resources
and
  src/share/classes/com/sun/swing/internal/plaf/basic/resources
should be written in more userfriendly(translator-friendly) way.

At the moment, each .properties file has some lines to specify text and
mnemonic as follows:
  ColorChooser.swatchesNameText=Swatches
  ColorChooser.swatchesMnemonic=83

  MetalTitlePane.restoreTitle=Restore
  MetalTitlePane.restoreMnemonic=82

This is actually an obstacle for L10N work.
It takes time to understand what 83 means and to change the mnemonic to
more suitable one for each locale (and to add "(S)" to the text).
Finally, localized .properties file in those directories seem to have
bugs due to this difficulty of L10N. (I'll file another bug for L10N.)


I think this problem can be solved easily with Swing engineers' cooperation.
Please improve description in .properties file for L10n engineers since now.
