In a standard doclet output,
when 'No Frames' link is clicked, the same page in No-frames is retained, ie, if you are viewing deprecated-list.html with frames, and press 'No frames', the same page is retained.
Whereas whenever 'Frames' link is pressed, the viewed page is switched and index.html is loaded with the frames. Not sure if Frames require the index to be loaded. But if you can provide a java-script or something that helps retain the currently viewed page that would offer ease of use.
