It is not clear from the docmentation that the DesktopManager methods do not
do the same thing as the internal frame methods. Documentation should be added
to the effect:
This class provides a policy for the various JInternalFrame methods, it is not
meant to be called directly rather the various JInternalFrame methods will call
into the DesktopManager.
