Un-installation behavior should be similar for J2RE & J2SDK 1.4.1 (PIT05:04/15)

      OS Tested : Windows 2000 / Windows 98 SE
      Build Tested : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/JPI-PIT-08

      * Behavior When J2SDK1.4.1 is un-installed

      Steps to Reproduce
      ------------------
      1.) Install J2SDK
      2.) Open the JPI Control Panel
      3.) Un-install J2RE

      Result :

      1.) It pops up the dialog box saying "Locked File Detected"
          with 4 options (Reboot / Ignore / Retry / Cancel)
      2.) Select "Reboot from the dialog box,
      3.) It pops up a series of similar dialog boxes notifying approx. 15 different files are locked Eg : ( sunjce_provider.jar , jpeg.dll, javaw.exe, java.dll)
      4.) Repeat the steps 1 & 2 for all the dialog boxes
      5.) In the end it would pop up the "Install Wizard " Dialog box giving an option to Reboot the system


      * Behavior When J2RE 1.4.1 is un-installed

      Steps to Reproduce
      ------------------
      1.) Install J2RE 1.4.1
      2.) Open the JPI Control Panel
      3.) Un-install J2RE 1.4.1

      Result :

      1.) The un-installation process completes without popping up any "Locked File" Dialog boxes
      2.) In the end it would pop up the "Install Wizard " Dialog box giving an option to Reboot the system
