On File Service test case character input is not allowed on FileDialog or Editor area.

To reproduce,
1. Install j2re1.4.1 b09 and Jaws 1.2(bundled in j2re1.4.1) on RedHatLinux7.1.
2. Go to the URL of the test case.

Then File Servece demo is launced.
4. Click "Open File Dialog" on the demo.
Then, Security warning dialog comes up.
5. Click "Yes" on the dialog.
Then, FileDialog comes up
(* If FileDialog does not come up, you need to click around the location where the dialog will comes up... this problem frequently occurs and this seems other problem which needs to be filed separatedly.)
6. Click on the file name field on the FileDialog.
Then, you can see the problem: any input is not allowed.
7. Please prepare a text file with the write permisson.
7. Select the file from preference area by clicking the file and the file name is put the file name field and click "Open".
Then, the file is loaded.
8. Click the editor field on the demo.
Then, you can see the problem: any input is not allowed.
* Before 4, input is available on the editor area, but once the file is loaded, any input is not available.
This is reproducible with b08.
This test is not available with both of b06 and b07 due to another Bug.
This is not reproducible with b05.
This is not reproducible on Solaris and Windows.
This is not reproducible on Merlin FCS.
