On Application Manager's "Application" Menu, we have the following submenus:
Start Draw (S)
Create Shortcuts (S)
Add to Favorites (F)
(S) is used twice.
According to bug fix for 4474518, the mnemoic for "Create Shortcuts" has been changed to (C).
According to bug 4672229, there is another collision for "Remove Shortcuts", where (S) should be changed to (C) as well.
