When a Java Plug-in enabled applet running inside Netscape6 browser, the browser's accessibiluty (short cut keys) are locked and thus cannot send any short cut key events browser. This is important for the automation of the Plug-in test suites.
To reproduce the problem :
1. Install Java Plug-in hopper PIT09 or promoted build10
2. Load any of the Plug-in enabled applets in netscape browser.

3. Press Control key (Cntrl + W ) to close the netscape window. This will not close the browser only when the Plug-in applets are running inside the browser.
4. The same control key (Cntrl + W ) to close the browser window works when there is no Plug-in applet is running. This behaviour is same for all the browser control keys.
