Platform : Win 98 & Win ME (ONLY)
         
Steps to Reproduce

1.) On the tartget Machine, Install the plugin for Hopper PIT 09
    /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/JPI-PIT-09
2.) Open the Windows Control Panel (Start -> Settings --> Control Panel )
3.) Java Plug-in Control Panel icon would be missing

Note : JPI control panel is being installed on Win 2k / Win NT
