While testing J2DBench for 1.3.1_04 it was discovered that a 10% regression has been seen on "Cubic curve drawing with random color" test. I've checked it with 04, 03, 02 and 01 and all show ~ 10% regression compared to FCS. I have also run FCS numerous times to verify that FCS results are accurate.

Attached find two xls files, one comparing fcs and 1.3.1_01 and the other comparing fcs and 1.3.1_01. Regression seen in fourth test case.
