While performing tests on 1.3.1_04 BO1 I found the following bug. I have performed the same interactive tests with 1.3.1_fcs & found the same bug. I ran the testcase using the testsuite: JCK-runtime-13a.

The bug is generated as follows:
1. Select the menubar.
2. Then select the menu-item labelled 'One'.
3. Select the menu-item's checkbox.
4. Then move the mouse off the menu.
5. Select the button labelled 'Show status'.
6. Menu item One will be set to true.
7. Re-select the menu.
8. Menu item One will be still unchecked.
