In 1.3.1 the use of shared memory extension has been disabled when the
X server is running in Xinerama mode. This was done to work around
some Xinerama/ddx bugs, in particular,
4522502: pgx32 24+8 mode: XShmPutImage has problems with pixels with MSB set
The bug has already been fixed and the patch is available, so we should
re-enable use of shared memory as it may greatly improve performance
in this case for some applications.
