Regression test sun/security/provider/SeedGenerator/Fips.java fails with Hopper build 10 on SuSe Linux 7.1, host-seahund, desktop-KDE, JVM-32Bit and hotspot-server. This test has a long history of failing. With this platform, I have re-run the test and doubled the timeout value to 5400 seconds or 1.5 hours and the test still times-out. When it passes it does it very quickly. This test adds significant time to running the the rest of the test suite and will hopefully be fixed soon.
