      java version "1.4.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0-b92)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.0-b92, mixed mode)

      FULL OPERATING SYSTEM VERSION :
      Windows 98 [Version 4.10.1998]

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Documentation at http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/install-windows.html described changing Windows "PATH" to include directory C:\JDK1.4\BIN, but it appears that the directory should be documented as C:\J2SDK1.4.0\BIN.

ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
Programs not found if PATH is incorrect and not specified completely on command
      line.

This bug can be reproduced always.

      CUSTOMER WORKAROUND :
Use the PATH associated where the files ended up.
