Missing Hotkeys in the Cache tab of the Control Panel

Steps to Reproduce.
1 Open the control Panel
2. Go to the Cache tab

Fr - View Files/Afficher les fickiers.. button is missing a HK
Es - Clear Cache/Borrar antememoria button is missing a HK
De - View Files/Dateien in Cache .. & Apply/Ubernehmen button is missing HK
Sv - Apply/Utfor button is missing a HK
