Description:
The client could not find the effective component in IOR with Persistent Server. When client makes an invocation, it will get location forward because the reference is actually pointing to the ORBD. The ORBD suppose to manufacture a reference to the persistent server which should contain the tagged component.

Since the tagged component is missing, the client throws the following exception.

org.omg.CORBA.BAD_PARAM: Could not find component with provided id. vmcid: OMG minor code: 28 completed: No
