reproduce:
1) run "./run_gs.sh test/font-render/2d/two/FontEffectTest3.java"
2) Press "Print" button to print it to get the following error:
"cannot find print service"
3) Same problem for test/other-functional/awt/print/PrintTest.java.
4) on Solairs 9 zh_CN.GB18030, no the problem.
