2. Go to the Opziono Collegamenti/shortcut options tab

The radio button "Mai" is missing a HK
There is also a hotkey clash between the radio buttons "&Sempre" and "Chiedi &Secondo avvio"

Below are the procedures in English to reproduce this bug in jaws 1.2.
1. Start jaws 1.2 on Windows platform
2. Go to Preference menu
3. Go to Shortcut menu
There is shortcut key clush between "always" and "Prompt on Second Launch".
