1) go to http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment1/ws_jaws/jaws_Junior/DOC/PROC/Proc_Deploy.html#CASE_17
2) For Notepad demo, new a file in notepad demo and input some S-Chinese chars and save it as testcase17.txt. Reopen the testcase17.txt file, all S-Chinese chars are in garbage. See testcase17_err.bmp.
3) For Draw demo, new a draw in draw demo and input some S-Chinese chars and save it as test. Reopen the test file, all S-Chinese chars are disappearred.
