How to reproduce:
=================
1. Install Netscape 4.76
2. Install JDK1.4.1 b12
3. Set NPX_PLUGIN_PATH enviroment variable for plugin registering
4. Start Netscape and JavaTest
5. Run above testcase in Netscape 4.76

On sparc machines, this bug happens in the following Netscape Proxies setting since hopper b11:
1. Direct connection to the internet
2. Manual proxy configuration
3. Automatic proxy configuration with configuration locaiton (URL) file:///usr/dist/share/netscape,v4.76/proxy_config/sfbay.pac

However, the test case passes when "Automatic proxy configuration with configuration locaiton (URL) file:///usr/dist/share/netscape,v4.76/proxy_config/ebay.pac" and "eng.pac"

The test passes in merlin b92 with any Netscape Proxies setting.
