testing tools: SPI14S.TAR which located in /net/sekai.sfbay/export/projects/SPPG/Java_Software/jdk1.4.1/tools

reproduce:
1) Install j2sdk1.4.1 b13
2) using the attached "run" to replace the "run" in SPI14s
(note: if the developer wants to reproduce the bug, you need modify SPI_DIR and JAVA_DIR in the "run" file.
3) "./run" to start the testing
4) you can see SPI101 testing windows and trace windows pop up.
5) but, no action continued even you click "RUN" from the pull down menu and looks like the mouse cannot work in both two windows.
6) What you can do is to close the testing windows(sometimes, it cannot be closed by click "close" from the pull down menu. You need to kill it). But, the trace windows can never be closed by click "close" or press "alt+F4" and you can only do "kill xxx" to kill it.

The problem is not reproduced in b12 and merlin b92 in the same machine/same locale. So, marked it as "regression".
