Description:
If i throw SystemException in server interceptor's receive_request point, then send_exception point of same interceptor is called in DSI based server. as per the spec it should not happen.

j2sdk-1_4_1-beta-bin-b13-solaris-sparc-23_may_2002
Sample test and log file is attached with this bug. Line:62 of log file shows that the send_exception point of same interceptor is called.
