REGRESSION:JDI: incorrect notification of caught and uncaught exception events

      Testcase for bug # 4407397 ( com/sun/jdi/ExceptionEvents.java )

      fails in 1.3.1_04 -b01 in RH Linux 7.1 platform only. It's a regression from 1.3.1_03 to 1.3.1_04.

      Attached is the output log from the test run.
