Test tools: GlobalSuite b07 which located
/sekai.sfbay/projects/SPPG/Java_Software/jdk1.4.1/tools/gs13-b07.tar.

Reproduce:
1) untar the testing tools to get GlobalSuite directory and get into the directory.
2) run "./run_gs.sh test/font-render/swing/three/JTableTest.java" and pop up a window.
3) The chars in first column is garbage.
