Following basic AWT demos do not work correctly via Java Plug-in 1.3.1_03
with Netscape 4.x on Linux.

<jdk>/demo/applets/ArcTest
<jdk>/demo/applets/DitherTest

To reproduce it, please execute following steps.

1. Convert example1.html files in each directly by HTMLConverter.
2. Run it on Netscape 4.x

Then, you will see following problems.

ArcTest:
- "Fill" and "Draw" buttons do not respond

DitherTest:
- Coler is not changed when values are changed.
- Pull-down menu does not work at all.
