Test tools : GlobalSuite b07 located in /sekai.sfbay/projects/SPPG/Java_Software/jdk1.4.1/tools/gs13-b07.tar

Reproduce:

1)untar the testing tools to get GlobalSUite directory and get into the directory.
2) run "./run_gs.sh test/font-render/awt/two/TitleView.java" and pop up a Title view windows
3) When input any chinese chars, and click pop up button, no chinese character title pop up
