Plugin should provide easy way of getting Java Updates

      Currently, plugin installer does not provide easy way for consumers to download
      the Java updates in a easy fashion. It should provide a link under
      Windows: Start->programs->Java 2 Runtime Environment->Java Update which can
      take users to the update releases of interest.
