HELP:Using hyperlinks and PageDown problem

If you selecet a hyperlink which will take you near the bottom of
  the dialog (eg Manage NEs and click Audit NE) the dialog will
  correctly take you to the proper place.
  However if you press 'Page Down' NETSMART will take you back
  to where you clicked the hyperlink before carrying out the
  page-down action.
