On mutli (dual) processor Itanium linux machies Tonga harness hangs intermittently causing testing to be aborted and re-start. This is pretty much the situation all test groups I talk to till now. Only happens on linux not on windows.

When I check the java process, It occupies ~99% of CPU resources.

How to reproduce:
Run any test suite using tonga harness on dual processor Itanium linux.
