Installing j2re-i version, JaWS icon does not appear on the desktop while it appears in the Start menu.

This problem is not reproducible with 1.4.0_01 ea b01 or Merlin Fcs.
JaWS icon appers both of on the desktop and the Start menu.

This is not reproducible with Hopper-beta b14, latest build.

After filing this bug, I found "Bug filing Guideline for Update Releases" page

and according to the first section of this page it seems that this problem does not need to be filed because this is not reproducible with Hopper.
Can it be applied to this release, 1.4.0_01a?
If so, please let me know, I'll close this bug.
