TEST CASE : Clean Install of J2SDK & J2RE.

Fixed the license filename in Release.gmk, so it can include in the bundle.

PROBLEM : Acceptance tests fail after install of JDK & JRE in Linux (64 bit). The License Agreement does not show up when installing the above mentioned bundles.
It directly asks " Do you agree to the above license terms? [yes or no] "

OBSERVATION :
This problem has also been found in Hopper b11, b12 & b13.
The RPM bundles do not have this problem.

TO REPRODUCE :
1. Copy the "j2sdk-1_4_1-beta-linux-ia64.bin" & "j2re-1_4_1-beta-linux-ia64.bin" bundles to the local machine.

2. Run ./j2sdk-1_4_1-beta-linux-ia64.bin & ./j2re-1_4_1-beta-linux-ia64.bin

3. In both cases, the License Agreement does not show up.
