If the Window is manualy expanded, the newly exposed area is nether painted.
The bug is reproducible on any hardware on any platform. It's regression
introduced in b16 by the fix 4690831.
======================================================================
The easiest way to reproduce the bug is with SwingSet2.
After running java -jar SwingSet2.jar, resize SwingSet main frame dragging
bottom right corner with the mouse, increasing the Frame's size. With Hopper
b16, part of the Frame will not be repainted.
