Testcase: standard JFileChooser in Metal LaF, eg FileChooserDemo.

The tooltip for the Home icon in the filechooser says "Home"
(or the translation thereof in other locales) on all platforms,
except on Windows, where it is renamed to say "Desktop", although
the icon is the same. This is rather confusing and misleading
to users expecting Metal LaF components to be consistent
across platforms.
