The UI team has delivered a new Appaman Splash Screen. This Splash screen
includes the new updated copyright notice.
It also is completely new images in new sun colors red-yellow-white and blue,
conforming to new sun branding.
(Note this is only for the AppMan splash screen.)

This bug is to track our request to integrate this into hopper.
