PIT: Web Start in Solaris 10-b13 can not display Korean characters in ko.UTF-8

    Description

      Korean characters display as square boxes in Web Star and with warning messages when running the Jave Web Start program on Solaris 10-b13 (32bit) with locale: ko.UTF-8. (PIT Build bundles for rc_b18, from "/net/jano/export/disk06/java2d/NightlyBuilds/BUILDS/17-Jul-02.hopper/solaris-sparc").
      Steps to reproduce:
      1) On Solaris 10-b13 (32bit), login as root, rename the file /var/adm/install/contents,
      2) logout, and relogin with your user name to ko_KR.UTF-8
      3) install j2sdk and Web Start application
      4) launch Web Start application,
      4) when the Web Start comes up, Korean characters display as boxes.
      5) There are some warning messages display also (as follows).
