Unreadable chars displayed in swing/one/JMenuRenderTestDInput.java on Win2k Prof

      Platform: Windows 2k Prof HKSCS
      Test Tools: GlobalSuite b09 located at
      /net/sqesvr.sfbay/export/i18n/i18n_hopper_ws/bundles/v1.3/b09

      Reproduce:
      1) Untar the testing tools and cd into GlobalSuite dir.
      2) Run "./run_gs.sh test/font-render/swing/one/JMenuRenderTestDInput.java", it will pop up a window.
      3) The chars (size 8) in the JMenu component is totally unreadable.
      4) If change to size 10, it works fine.
