When Java Plug-in Control Panel was developed, it was intended for developers and users in the Intranet market. As Java Plug-in gets more popular with the consumers in the Internet market, its UI is not consumer friendly at all and it has caused lots of confusion. The Java Plug-in Control Panel UI should be changed so it is more consumer friendly.
