For SwingSet2, it doesn't allow to type in Chinese characts under locale zh_CN.GBK on Solaris Sparc 9 with 64bit.

Testing Enirvonment:
the miniroot (WITHOUT /var/sadm/install/contents)

Steps to reproduce:
1) On Solaris Sparc 9 (64bit), login as root, move the file /var/adm/install/contents,
2) Install j2sdk in Solaris Sparc 9 (64bit).
3) Choose locale: zh_CN.GBK and then run SwingSet2
4) When the SwingSet2 comes up, click on InternalFrame Demo Title field or JTable Demo text field,
5) Try to type some Chinese words into the field, but the Input Method doesn't work.
6) if typing ASCII characters, IM works.
