      Name: nt126004 Date: 07/25/2002

      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      Version 1.4.1Beta and JWS 1.2Beta

FULL OPERATING SYSTEM VERSION :Windows 2000 / NT.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Since the JWS client does not support an uninstaller, then
the developer is forced to write their own which is fine
but there is no way to clear an application from JWS so
that the shortcut is also removed. Basically there needs to
be an API or a command that allows an uninstalled to remove
applications same as if the user selects to remove them
from the JWS console manually. Currently the user has to
manually select the uninstaller from a web page then go in
and remove the applications from the JWS console, this
should all be automatic to make for the best user
      experience.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
