It is not possible to set 32x32 icon to JFrame (Window) and thus when using standard Alt+Tab navigation between windows (on Windows or possibly also Unix window managers) 16x16 icon is enlarged to 32x32 size and shown in navigation window. Try Alt+Tab shortcut on WinNT/2000 to see what I mean. It doesn't look professional and it is limitation of all java applications.
