Steps to reproduce
1 Install the program
2 Open the dos prompt and run the command "java -version"

Result
An error essage appears in french saying that it doesn't recognise java as an internal or external command, an executable file or a command file.

Bug is not reproducible on a system with a clean Win 2k SP2 image.

Its a little bit strange because everything works fine if I use a merlin bundle on the problem system. The problem only arises when I try to install any of the hopper bundles.

Build 18 now installs and works fine on a dirty French Win 2K image.
Bug is no longer reproducible.
