This bug is not reproduciable in merlin & hopper. Only applies to 1.3.1

When using javahelp, some of the text lines in TableView get improper size
in such a way that the text alignment / justification is improper.
Run the attached testcase and follow the steps below:
    a. Run the attached testcase using jdk 1.3.1_x with command java TreeDemo
    b. Select Second root "Books for java implements"
    c. Select node -> "Java Virtual Machine Specification"
    d. Note that you see the "Modifying a DWDM connection" html page
    e. Scroll the page to see "Detach a Connection"
    f. observer the format of text in step 3
       They are all jumbled.
 If you do not see the problem as mentioned above, please try another root and select some different nodes then again follow the steps b through f.
