Steps to Report
1. Install the build
2. Open the windows control panel and move the mouse pointer over the java icon until the tooltip appears.

Description of bug:

The tooltip contains some untranslated text . The tooltip reads "Java Plug-in Bedienungsfeld (Control Panel)".

The untranslated text Control Panel inside the brackets does not appear in the tooltip of the other eurpoean locales.
