After installing the Java Plug-in 1.1.3_007 on NT ,
the control panel won't start. An icon appears in the Start>Programs menu but when clicked the control panel fails to launch. The target path is set to "c:\Program Files\java Plug-in1.1\bin\jrew.exe" but this doesnt launch.
This was also tested on 1.1.3_006 and 1.1.8fcs, the same behaviour was apparent.

NB. In relation to Customer Call Information the release I used was 1.1.3_007 however this release is not contained the release category's.
