2 JCK api tests failed in -server mode

Platform: solsparc, solx86, linux, win32

JDK: integration final nightly build of jdk1.4.0_03
/net/nightly/export1/1.4.0/bundles/$platform/latest

Test cases:
api/java_net/URL/descriptions.html#getContent
api/java_net/URL/descriptions.html#openStream

These 2 tests core dump only when use "-server" option.
