      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      java version "1.4.0_01"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0_01-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.0_01-b03, mixed mode)

FULL OPERATING SYSTEM VERSION : Microsoft Windows XP
      [Version 5.1.2600]

      ADDITIONAL OPERATING SYSTEMS : ALL

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Frequently javadocs omit information regarding thread
safety. I believe thread safety would be documented more
consistently if tags were available to explicitly mark the
      thread safety of classes.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

      CUSTOMER WORKAROUND :
      Strict enforcement of documentation standards.
