In the plugin optional package document change the raw install paragraph.

Suggested change:

1. Raw Java Extensions
Java Extensions can consist of one or more JAR files. If the Java Extension
consists of more then one JAR file, be sure to specify manifest attributes for
each one in the MANIFEST files. In the applet's MANIFEST file, these raw Java Extensions are specified through the Implementation-URL. During installation, these Java Extensions JAR files will be downloaded and verified, and copied into the Java 2 Runtime lib/ext directory.

Note: For the Java and Native install types the corresponding installer will
install/copy the Java Extension file(s) to the proper location.
